Terms of Use
By installing or using Stationery Merge: Paper Shop (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
The developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device.
2. Gameplay and progress
Coins, energy, levels and other game values are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Progress is stored locally and may be lost if app data is cleared, the Game is removed or the device is changed.
3. Advertising
The Game may show Google AdMob banners and full-screen ads at natural breaks, including after every 30 new supply items and when energy reaches zero. Ad availability and content are controlled by the advertising provider. Consent choices are available in the Game.
4. Optional ad removal
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable product purchased through Google Play when offered. The price and currency shown in Google Play checkout are final and may differ by country. Purchases and refunds are subject to Google Play terms and refund rules.
5. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the Game, bypass technical restrictions, use it unlawfully, distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
6. Intellectual property
The Game name, interface, code, graphics and other materials belong to the developer or their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
7. Availability and updates
The Game is provided “as is”. The developer may fix errors, change features, release updates or discontinue support. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses, lost local progress, unavailable ads or incompatibility with particular devices. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus unless mandatory law in the user’s country provides otherwise. Questions: To.approx@gmail.com.

Устанавливая или используя Игру, пользователь принимает настоящие Условия.
Лицензия и игровой прогресс
Пользователь получает ограниченную личную неисключительную непередаваемую лицензию для некоммерческого использования. Монеты, энергия и уровни виртуальны, не имеют денежной стоимости. Локальный прогресс может быть утрачен при очистке данных, удалении Игры или смене устройства.
Реклама и отключение рекламы
Игра может показывать баннеры Google AdMob и полноэкранную рекламу после каждых 30 новых товаров и при исчерпании энергии. Отключение рекламы предлагается как разовая непотребляемая покупка через Google Play. Цена, валюта, возвраты и обработка платежа регулируются правилами Google Play.
Допустимое использование и права
Нельзя вмешиваться в работу Игры, обходить ограничения, использовать её незаконно или пытаться получить несанкционированный доступ. Название, интерфейс, код, графика и другие материалы принадлежат разработчику или соответствующим правообладателям.
Доступность, ответственность и право
Игра предоставляется «как есть» с сохранением обязательных прав потребителя. Функции могут изменяться или прекращаться. Применяется право Республики Кипр, если обязательные нормы страны пользователя не требуют иного.
