Care Planner is designed as a private, local-first care planner, pill tracker, medication reminder, symptom diary, health log, and care routine tracker.

1. No account required

Care Planner does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in.

2. Data stored locally on your device

Care Planner is designed to store your care and health tracking data locally on your device.

This may include information you manually enter, such as:

We do not sell your personal data.

4. No ads and no advertising tracking

Care Planner does not show third-party ads.

Care Planner is not designed to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

5. In-app purchases

Care Planner may offer a one-time purchase to unlock Pro features.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Apple or Google may process purchase-related information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Backups and export/import

If you use backup, export, or import features, Care Planner may create or read a backup file selected by you.

You are responsible for where you save, share, or store exported backup files. Backup files may contain health and care information you entered into the app.

We recommend storing backup files securely and sharing them only with people you trust.

7. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Care Planner may use local notifications on your device to remind you about medications, doses, care tasks, or routines.

Notification content is generated locally on your device.

8. Health and care information

Care Planner may store health-related information that you enter manually. This may include medication logs, symptoms, blood pressure, glucose, pain, migraine notes, and care records.

This information is for your personal tracking only. Care Planner does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosage recommendations.

9. Data deletion

You can delete your local app data using the delete data tools inside the app, if available.

You may also delete the app from your device. Depending on your device settings and operating system behavior, deleting the app may remove locally stored app data.

10. Data sharing

We do not intentionally share your locally stored care data with third parties.

However, if you export a backup file, share a file, take screenshots, or use your device's sharing tools, the data may be handled by the apps or services you choose to use.

11. Children

Care Planner is not directed to children. The app is intended for personal care tracking by adults or caregivers.

12. Security

We aim to keep Care Planner simple and private by storing data locally on your device and avoiding unnecessary accounts or cloud storage.

However, no method of storage is completely secure. Please protect your device with a passcode, biometric lock, or other security features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
