By using Care Planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the app
Care Planner is a personal care tracking app. It may help you organize:
- pill and medication schedules
- medication reminders
- dose logs
- symptom diary entries
- blood pressure records
- glucose notes
- migraine or pain notes
- care routines
- daily care tasks
- health and care logs
- local backup and import/export tools
Care Planner is intended for personal organization and tracking only.
2. No medical advice
Care Planner does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosage recommendations, or emergency medical assistance.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
Do not rely on Care Planner as a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Emergencies
Care Planner is not intended for emergency use.
If you think you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into Care Planner and for how you use it.
You are responsible for checking medication names, dose information, schedules, reminder times, logs, and notes.
Care Planner may help you track information, but it cannot guarantee that reminders will always be delivered or that information will always be accurate, complete, or available.
5. Reminders and notifications
Care Planner may provide local reminders if you enable notifications.
Notifications may be affected by your device settings, operating system restrictions, battery settings, focus modes, silent mode, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.
You should not rely solely on Care Planner for critical medication or health reminders.
6. Local data storage
Care Planner is designed to store data locally on your device.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for creating backups if you want to preserve your data.
7. Backup files
If you export backup files, those files may contain personal care or health information.
You are responsible for storing backup files securely and for deciding where and with whom to share them.
8. In-app purchases
Care Planner may offer a one-time purchase to unlock Pro features.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app.
Purchases, refunds, billing, and restoration of purchases may be subject to Apple's or Google's terms and policies.
9. Pro features
Pro features may include backup tools, import/export, advanced reports, PDF export, multiple care profiles, custom colors and icons, longer history, or other advanced tools.
Available Pro features may change over time.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Care Planner, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Care Planner is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Care Planner.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, missed reminders, incorrect entries, or decisions made based on information stored in the app.
13. Changes to the app
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Care Planner at any time.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
